The process

After you’ve completed the contact form, we’ll schedule a discovery call where I’ll learn more about your business and your website goals. From there, I’ll create a personalised proposal outlining everything included in your package.
Once you’re happy with the proposal, I’ll send over the contract and invoice. A 50% deposit will secure your spot and we’ll be ready to get started!

I’ll provide you with access to your portal, where you can upload all the necessary content—branding, images, text, and anything else we’ll need before we get started. It’s also a great time to purchase your domain name to make sure it’s secured for launch.
I’m more than happy to guide you through this process to ensure we have everything in place before I begin designing.

I’ll start by setting up your Squarespace website and designing the homepage. Once the draft is ready and approved, I’ll move on to the rest of the design. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process and make any adjustments as needed to ensure everything aligns with your vision.

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll prepare for launch! I’ll connect your domain and make the website live.
At this stage, you’ll also settle the remaining 50% payment and secure your Squarespace subscription.
I’ll provide you with log-in details so you can easily update your website whenever you need. Alternatively, if you'd rather leave it to me, I also offer a monthly maintenance service.

Every website I create is carefully designed to represent your business. Starting from £850, I ensure a high-quality, professional online presence that helps your business grow. This cost is for the design of the website and you will be responsible for purchasing your domain name and Squarespace subscription separately (I can guide you through how to purchase these). If you require something more custom, we can discuss this in our discovery call. I also work with Wix but Squarespace is my go-to!

I design websites using Squarespace because it offers the perfect balance of design, functionality, and ease of use. Its intuitive platform allows me to create sleek, professional sites that are fully responsive, fast, and easy for you to update. With built-in tools for SEO, marketing, and e-commerce, Squarespace makes it simple for your website to grow alongside your business—without the need for endless plugins or technical headaches. I can also use Wix websites upon request. However, my go-to would always be Squarespace!

Hosting (what keeps your site live) is provided through Squarespace and you will pay them directly. This can be paid through a monthly or annual fee and prices can be found on Squarespace.
In addition, you will need a website domain (this is the name of your website) I would recommend purchasing your domain name through 123 Reg.

I require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining 50% will be paid when the project is complete. Once I have received the remaining 50%, I will then make the site live and transfer over ownership.

From your start date, it will take around 2-3 weeks to complete. Providing all of the website content (images, text etc.) is really important at this stage so I can get designing straight away on your start date!

Absolutely! This is why I love Squarespace - it is really user-friendly. I will ensure you feel confident in updating it yourself. If you would rather not, I offer a monthly maintenance service (£50p/m).

Absolutely! If you don’t have the time or patience to update it yourself, I can update it for you (images, text, promotions etc) for £50 per month.

You'll need a Privacy Policy and Cookies Notice for your website. I can add a placeholder or recommend a trusted generator, but you'll need to make sure the final wording fits your business — or check it with a legal professional if you're unsure.
